All the Pull Ups!
Deep dive into Pull Ups. Everything from getting your first Pull Up to Butterfly. The two hour class will explore techniques and skills, and you'll leave with not only knowledge, but a program to follow to get you where you're pulling to go.We'll work on scaling, strict, kipping, butterflies and all the ansillary strength work you need to do to get Pull Ups in your workout, or just in case there's a zombie attack and you need to get to the second story window.

It's CrossFit Total time! That means finding your 1RM in Back Squat, Deadlift & Bench Press.
We're kinda sorta running this like a meet. We'll spend about half an hour warming up, then go through all three stations with 3 attempts at finding your max. We'll have 2 or 3 bars at each station, the weight will only go up on the bar and you'll be taking turns, just like a lifting meet.
It will be super duper good times. Just for fun. We'll be doing it twice a year to keep checking in.
Basically, an afternoon of badass lifting with your favorite people.

ROCKET THROW DOWN!
And fundraiser for Vanessa!
We're having a Throw Down! Just Rocket peeps, and just for fun, but with all the vim, vigor and adrenaline of a competition. These are really fun, a great way to test your reserves that are hard to access in "just a class."
This will be a team workout. We will release the standards soon.
There will be two divisions, you pick the one that is right for you, with you and your partner doing the same moves. Teams are based on skill / load, not gender.
AND IT'S A FUNDRAISER FOR VANESSA. Suggested donation of $20 cash per person, to help cover the costs of her making it to USA Weightlifting Masters Nationals in Orlando! We're so proud of her. So in honor of her giving it all she's got, we're all gonna throw down and see what we've got too!
