What Do You Do?
We've been in the Hillman City neighborhood of Seattle since 2011. We are committed to diversity in every way, no matter who you are, you belong here. All of our classes are kept small and coached by highy-trained coaches.
If you have prior experience, with Weightlifting and functional fitness, just sign up! If you have no prior experience, our Blast Off Classes start the first Tuesday of every month. Classes are T & Th evening for 3 weeks. Then you're good to go!
Can I Drop In?
We are not currently allowing drop-ins from out of town. Sorry. It's a COVID thing, and we hate it. But with other states not taking it seriously, and our reduced class-size, we're doing what feels right and safest for our community. If you are from Seattle and want to drop-in, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll get you set up.
How Do I Get Started?
HIIT & Yoga
All of our members have free yoga and HIIT classes as part of membership.
Members can also add 24/7 access to their memberships. This is a great way to work on your own skills, or use the extra competitor programming that we offer for free.
Many of our coaches offer custom programming and personal training. If that's your jam, send us an email and we'll find the right trainer for you and get you all set up!
