From lifting and throwing to climbing and jumping, we use constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. Every class is coached. Every move can be scaled for ANY body. Think of it as personal training, but in a small and supportive group.

We've been in the  Hillman City neighborhood of Seattle since 2011. We are committed to diversity in every way, no matter who you are,  you belong here. All of our classes are kept small and coached by highy-trained coaches.

If you have prior experience, with Weightlifting and functional fitness, just sign up! If you have no prior experience, our Blast Off Classes start the first Tuesday of every month. Classes are T & Th evening for 3 weeks. Then you're good to go!

Can I Drop In?

YES, and NO.

If you have prior experience with high-intensity workouts that include Weightlifting, kettlebells, dumbbells and the like, email us and we'll get you set up.  

If you don't, we'd love to see you in our Punk Rocket Aerobics class which is classic cardio, boot-camp style sweaty fun, with an attitude. 

How Do I Get Started?

We require proof of COVID-19 vaccine before attending any classes at Rocket.
Please email us your proof at time of registration.
We will send you additional waivers and legal attestation.
