
All classes at Rocket are 1-hour, coached, group fitness classes. We offer a variety of classes, and all members have unlimited access to all of them, though you do have to test into the Kettlebell Sport class. Members can also have 24/7 access for free, you just have to ask.
We do LOVE drop-ins, but you have to have prior experience for some of our classes. EMAIL US FIRST, and we can get you set up.

FUNfit
IF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE with barbells, Olympic Weightlifting, Kettlebells, or High intensity functional fitness using a variety of equipment, you'll be ready for any class.
If not, we'll find one that works with your experience level.

Kettlebell Fitness
Saturdays at 11:15
This 60-minute class is nothing but kettlebells. Of course, we all know that all you really need is kettlebells to get a killer, full-body workout. In this class, we focus on the Russian (bent-arm) style of swings. Though everything is, of course, modifiable for the needs of your body.

Olympic Lifting

This 60-minute class, FOR PEOPLE WITH OLY EXPERIENCE, is nothing but Oly. Well, and the accessory work required to make you better at Oly. We focus either on the Snatch or the Clean & Jerk each class. You don't need to be great at Oly, or even good, but you do need some familiarity with the lifts, and the desire to
get better at them.

FLEX
Mon - Fri at 12:00
Mon - Thurs at 6:30pm
This 60-minute class is nothing but pumping iron. We'll be working on a primary lift, followed by carefully-programmed "successories" to make sure you're balanced and strong AF. This class is best worked as a series, because we do build intensity. But it's also just a great pump sesh, and suitable for anybody. No experience required.

Kettlebell SPORT
Tuesday at 7:30pm
Sunday at 11:15am
This 60-minute class is for people experienced with Kettlebell mechanics who want to dip their sweaty fingers into the sport of Kettlebell. Although it is a killer workout, it is focused on the specific events in kettlebell competition. You absolutely must have experience with kettlebell mechanics to do this class. If you're not sure, email us! If you are sure, join us!
