From lifting and throwing to climbing and jumping, we use constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. It's HIIT training, and Weightlifting and endurance, all in one.  

Every class is coached. Every move can be scaled for ANY body. Think of it as personal training, but in a small and supportive group. No experience necessary, our coaches and community will take care of you, no matter what.

How Do I Get Started?

We require proof of COVID-19 vaccine before attending any classes at Rocket.
