Jen Mullholand - HEAD COACH / CrossFit / Personal Training / Yoga

Jen is a lover of moving, breathing and sweating and having fun while doing it. And while Functional Fitness is now her main jam, she started her fitness career as a yoga instructor in 2003 while living in Chicago.  Jen and her husband Eric moved to Seattle in 2012 and found the Rocket community in 2014. She started teaching yoga at Rocket and quickly got sucked into the power of everything CrossFit. In 2016, she got her Crossfit Level 1 certification and eventually becoming the heart and soul of Rockets staff. Her quest for knowledge to help serve the Rocket community is never ending. Jen can be found at any seminar, anywhere, including repeated visits to Power Monkey Camp in Crossville, Tennessee. And you can always count her for some slow-jams and stretching. Actually, you can count on her for anything. 

Jen loves personal training, and is extra-great with people who are dealing with injuries, chronic pain and generalized fear of gyms. Lovingly coined our "perky little sadist" by one of her clients, her background in yoga and obsessive education in fitness makes her a great fit for any body. Contact us to set up training with Jen.
