Punk is a state of mind. A busting of the status quo, shaking things up, not being afraid to get loud and, well, break things. In this case, break the doldrums, maybe? Maybe break some dumb idea of what "fitness" is. 

WHY CAN'T FITNESS MEAN SINGING AND DANCING AND SWEATING WITH FRIENDS? 

 

That's what Punk Rocket Aerobics is. Think old-school aerobics with great tunes, singing along, pretty much dancing, and sweating like crazy. 

Created and hosted by the inimitable Wendy Colton, we're psyched to bring this to Rocket!

  • Rockin’ safe space for fitness misfits and marginalized bodies
